Board Meeting Minutes – 1 March 2010

Present:

Board members: Shawn McCann, Sandi Lang, Phil Gallmeier, Jim Harwood, Ben Bowen, Morris Ross, Jeff Harber. The required quorum was met.

Secretary:

Minutes from the 4 January, 2010 meeting were reviewed and unanimously approved.

Treasurer Report:

Treasurer’s report as of March 1 2010 was reviewed. Dispursment of $7.92 to Phil for postage used to finish up dues notice mailings.

Current cash balance as of February 28 2010 is $14,965.74. The treasurer’s report was unanimously approved.

Shawn and Sandi will get together within a few days after the meeting to review past due annual assessments and give courtesy calls.

OLD BUSINESS:

Jeff Harber Request for Landscaping on Lake’s edge

Jeff Harber proposed a revision to the landscaping plan as stated in the January 2010 HOA minutes. The revision will replace the plan stated in the January 2010 HOA minutes.

The revision: at both ends of Lake 5 clear knee-high to waist high. “Clear” in this case means clear brush, maybe thinning of some small trees, but keep the large trees.

Board unanimously approved Jeff’s proposal.

NEW BUSINESS:

HOA Taxes

HOA taxes are due March 15^th.
