Updating the CC&Rs.
If you have ideas about improvements to the guidelines for Skiwatch
Estates, bring your issue to a board member (find them on the "Contacts"
page), or better yet, attend one of the periodic Board meetings and
raise the issue yourself. Changes are ratified at the Home Owner's
Association Annual Meeting (December of each year).
Board of Directors meetings. The BODs usually meet the first
Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. This year we have a less-frequent
schedule. Check this web site as we post the date of upcoming board
meetings at least 48hours in advance.
