• Underground Utility work
Status: All the houses are now on the underground system. All light poles
are functional. If you haven't seen the place at night--it looks very
nice. All that's left now is for GP to remove the overhead wires and
poles. Our electrician is working to re-connect the pumps and front
entrance lighting. He should be done by August 8.
• The Skiwatch membership approved a variety of changes to the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions and they
became effective 1 January 2008. Click the "Covenants" menu to see the
revised document. All HOA members
are responsible for knowing their CC&Rs.
 •Got
your 2008 Boat Sticker? Skiwatch bylaws call for each boat on the
lakes have a current windshield sticker. Why? The sticker shows that the
boat owner has provided current proof of insurance and that the boat
belongs to a Skiwatch property owner. Before you use your boat on the
lakes, see Shawn McCann or Frank Harwood to get yours. It may be placed
anywhere on the windshield.
• Volunteer work. Any property owner wishing to help
completing projects at Skiwatch are asked to give their names to one of
the board members. There is almost always something that needs to
be done. Thanks.
